A brief complimentary consultation is offered to help determine suitability and direction of care. This provides space to consider whether assessment, therapy, or alternative recommendations would be most appropriate. It also allows space to gain a sense of my approach and whether this feels like the right support for you.

What information we collect Personal data may include your name, contact details, appointment information, payment details, and information shared during consultation, assessment, or therapy. This may include sensitive health information where relevant to providing psychological services. How information is used Your information is used to manage enquiries, arrange appointments, provide psychological consultation, assessment and therapy, maintain clinical records, prepare reports, and communicate with you regarding services. Sharing information Your information will not be shared without your consent unless required by law or where there are serious concerns about the safety of a client or others. Where appropriate, and with consent, information may be shared with relevant professionals such as schools, paediatricians, or healthcare providers. Storage and security Personal information is stored securely using appropriate safeguards. While every effort is made to protect information, no electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Retention of records Clinical records are retained in line with professional guidance. Adult records are typically kept for 7 years after the end of contact. Records relating to children are kept until the client reaches age 25, or for 7 years after last contact, whichever is longer.
