Workshops are tailored to the needs of the organisation and may be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of ongoing consultation.

Booking Appointments can be booked through the website booking system or by contacting LIVV Clinic directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.Payment Payment is required to secure an appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Payment is processed through the website booking system or via approved payment providers. For assessment services that include written reports, the full balance must be received before the report is released. Cancellations and rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. This policy is necessary because appointment times are reserved specifically for you and may be difficult to fill at short notice. Late arrival If you arrive late for an appointment, the session will usually still need to end at the scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply. Non-attendance If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a missed appointment and the full fee may be charged. Therapy duration Therapy is typically offered as a structured programme of sessions, often between 6 and 12 sessions, depending on the nature of the work. In some cases, longer-term work may be recommended. The approach will be discussed during consultation. Clinical suitability The decision to begin or continue therapy is based on clinical judgement and the needs of the young person and family. In some circumstances, alternative services or referrals may be recommended.
